P90X Diary

Hey Guys,

Looking to meet new friends and gain support for my goals. My goal weight is 175lbs... or looking good in a bathing suit, whichever comes first ;)


I'm 25 years old and weigh 210 lbs. With my own diet and exercise I've already gone from 330lbs+ down to 210lbs. I did this around 2 years ago. I've been slacking off on the exercise really bad for a while now and unfortunately gained a bit of weight back :\. I'm trying to get my life back together and get my workout routined jump started again.


Tomorrow I start P90X. Every 30 days I'm going to take new pictures.


Please follow me and support me. Anyone who has done P90X I would love to hear tips or success stories. :)

Thanks for stopping by my journal, just wanted to come by and say hey. It's quite an achievement to lose that much weight, so you should definitely feel proud. It's okay to have slacked off, just as long as you jump back up and dust yourself off and try again.
