Over training and insomnia

Hey everyone!
I am Zach, 23, and I have a question regarding sleep and overtraining. The past two nights I have gotten absolutely terrible sleep and I personally feel like its from overtraining.
I, myself, am a fitness fanatic and my choice of posion is running. I run around 30-32 miles a week which I normally cover in about 5 days and I try to allow myself at least 1 day of recovery, sometimes 2. Every other day I do pushup circuits after running where I get in about 500 pushups. I've been doing this weekly workout for months.
However the past 6 days I out did myself and ran about 38 miles in 6 consecutive days and played a night of soccer on top of things. On top of exercise I am a server so I work hard hours with constant quick movement. Needless to ask do you think I just over worked myself for these sleep issues?
I can say in past months I've had similar sleep issues with delayed sleep or bad rest and have taken extra days off and the problems resolved itself. However, this feels different because I literally can't fall asleep, my body just feels super uncomfortable when i lay down and a bit restless. I should add that I have never done a recovery week before but I'm thinking it may be time to indulge myself in one.
I should add I've had zero stress and anxiety. Also up to the last 2 days I've never had much of a issue with sleep. So what do you all think?

Regards!
Zach
