I can't believe I'm halfway to my GW, but now that the first 20 is gone my body has been doing a lot of yo-yoing. What a pain!!! I'm trying not to let it get to me by taking it slow and steady though... I'm hoping to lose 3 pounds in the next 2 weeks, and maybe 7 more by New Years. The toughest parts will be working on it over Xmas (our families love to cook lots and lots of desserts)--but that's why I'm trying to take things slow. It would be a sweet birthday gift to be within 5 pounds or less to my GW by my birthday (February).
