At 43 (almost 44) y/o and having given birth to eight kids, it's important to me to try and stay in (decent) shape, also help set a good example for my kids (especially the 4 girls). My weight is where I'd like it (~120#), just working on getting some more definition now. I've got a trainer to help with the strength training and diet and I follow a pretty stringent workout routine as far as cardio goes (daily - hey, with this many kids, I need the break
).
Right now I'm concentrating on getting a little cut and training for a few 5K races I want to run in the next few month's.
