Ouch!

So I read through New Rules of Lifting and saw the break in routine A. I almost skipped it because it's so short and seemingly simple.

squats 2 sets 15 reps

superset 2 sets 15
static lunge
2 point db row

superset 2 sets
Push-ups 15
Swiss ball crunch 20

thats it!

Then follow it with a hiit like session on the stepper for about 15 minutes.

I feel like I've done 10 times this amount of work in the gym, but for some reason my entire lower body is burning like it was my first day in the gym.
I'm all gimped up..lol..but at least I know I finally have a fast program that is going to push my body. After the break in weeks, I'm going to move to the fat burning program and I'll post the progress as I go.
