ouch!!!plz help

:confused: ok ive been working out for about 4 months now and since the past 2 weeks when i do dumbar curls and let go of the bar after my set the bone or somthing in my forearm hurt!!!!! can some1 tell me why plz help

its not useless..we all have this problem..

it goes away ..its becuz yur tendons arent used to all this weight..give it time...

i have ice patches on my wrists now..:confused: :(
 
No, we don't all have this problem, theres a good possibility you have incorrect form and you stressed your bone or it is just overworked.

I messed up mine years ago in high school, and I actually had to go see a doctor, it's somewhat similar to tennis elbow, in terms of how you treat it atleast. There are some hard wraps, and you wouldn't be able to lift until it is completely healed. If you think you should see a doctor you should, and don't just keep lifting and thinking it'll go away.

And please, like Nobody said, stop posting the same thing over and over.
 
I used to have this problem. Just rest untill it doesn't hurt anymore. Its very important that you don't try to start too quickly again. Just wait it out.
