Optimizing training programs

Hello. It my first post here. I want to ask for help. Recently I had my birthday. My friends are huge scott sonnon fans and got me tons of his programs: Tacfit Commando, Tacfit Warrior, Tacgym, Mass Asault, Tacfit Barbarian and Tacfit rope. I know thats a lot of programs but they are huge his fans and I asked the for help:confused4: I got Commando and warrior earlier so I already started doing them, but then I got others. I want to fuse them ino training cycle so I would get best of them. Any suggestions how I should do that. I want to become all around athlete ( Something Like that Sonnon guy).

Ps. Please dont do personal atacks. I got many of them when I asked help on other forums.
