G'day,
I was just interested to see what peoples thoughts are about my diet and routine. I'm not 100% sure of my current success in weight loss as I feel I may have hit a plateau.
After looking into the idea of RMR this morning I've found that I should be taking in around 2600 calories per day to maintain my weight loss goal by Christmas time.
I wrote down my average menu for the day and it worked out as follows:
Yoghurt 191cal
Muesli Bar 116cal
Apple 101cal
Mandarin 100cal
2x ham and cheese toasted swiches 760cal
soup 162cal
This works out at around 1430cal for the day. I'm missing out obviously, but wanted to know if this would actually work my way or not.
I'm training every day, do a fair bit of weights also so my body is definitely putting some work in.
The 'soup' there often disappears in favour of something else for dinner, which would probably increase dramatically but maybe only bring the total up to around 2000.
What would be the suggestions there given that I am not very open minded in terms of foods and am quite picky on what I like to eat?
