opinions please

hello

basicly i would like to know if what i am doing is right, i want to get my upper body more toned, my abs and pecs. heres my what im doing (i do this every day)

3x10 incline bench press
3x10 flat bench press
3x20 situps
3x10 where you lay down flat on a bench and pull a handle on each hand over the chest. (i havn't a clue what its called)
15mins on a rowing machine

thanks for any opinions.
 
No, you need to do a full-body workout and keep it balanced or you'll end up like that fool on the Red Stripe commercial:

If you're looking to get 'toned,' then you need to reduce your overall body fat.
 
Yup, definitely do work your WHOLE body. Focus on compound exercises, presses, rows, squats, deads, chins, dips. As Cynic stated, you need to lose overall bodayfat to looked "toned". That would mainly involve your diet.
 
and if you do bench press, you HAVE to do rows or other back movements, or else you will get hunched shoulders, which makes you weaker, and you will injure easily.
