Operation Silk Spectre

So, I have lots of costume events coming up, so I thought I'd get one for all. I have a slight obsession with Watchmen so I have opted for a Silk Spectre costume, very sexy. Being revealing I think it is time for a tone up and such. Starting tomorrow, here we go.
 
AThat's a great motivation :). I'd love to find a costume that's like that for Halloween. I reckon by then I'll be down...30lbs. Who knows ^^.

Okay, so, day one. I'm going to try and keep this as detailed as possible so that I don't skip things and fall into snacking.

Woke up at half 11, so decided to go for a brunch before work, then that's six hours of no eating, maybe a fruit snack, then tea time. I had an orange and a red-pesto pasta dish, I'll be running about like an idiot at work today so I may need it. I'm determined to get to 17 minutes full speed on the cross trainer tonight - which doesn't sound like much but my cardio has slipped so much recently. I might even start the running plan a friend gave me. He's given me lots of little exercise plans, which I shall attack tonight too, I think. We shall see :)
 
Day one over. It went well, and I'm posting here every day to keep it up. I had in total -


small low fat red pesto pasta dish

Orange

Raspberries

Quorn Steak

Few Chips

Chocolate Bite


Did 17 minutes full speed on the cross trainer and walked quite a bit.


Starting small, going to work up, and up, and up.


Until I'm a machine :p


On to day two.
 
Day two. Okay day.


When I have my music work done for today I'm going to do my work out for tonight.


Today I have eaten -

English muffin and low fat cream cheese

Low fat pesto salad.

Prawn pasta dish

Some bread


Eurghh, carb fest! Reading that I'm going to go for a run infact. All this energy must go!
 
Not the best day food-wise, but mum is going food shopping tomorrow and I've asked her to get more variety.


Corn flakes and english muffin

Pasta and pesto

Chicken and haggis with rice

Low fat chocolate mouse.


Hmm.


So, in retaliation, I just did a half hour job/power walk session.


This next week will be better. Promise myself, I owe it to myself to be hotter damn it!
 
Okay day.


Cereal.

Toast and spreadable cheese

Vegetable Lasagne.


Just did half hour cardio.


Feel Quite good :)
 
You are doing great hun! I love pasta dishes too hehe, i tend to stay away from them though when im watching calaories because i could eat about 1700 calories of pasta without realising!! yep im a little piglet haha, anyway you never mentioned what current weight you are? and what is your goal weight? if you dont mind me asking
