-- How much weight do you want to lose?
From 175-ish to at least 110.

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
I haven't got a set time frame...but I'd really like to be about halfway, or near, by the end of this semester (end of May).

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Exercise and better eating.

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
Family (especially my mum) and friends...hoping to find people here, too, to support me and for me to support. I really believe losing weight takes more than one person.

-- How realistic is your goal?
I think it is.

-- When will you start?
