dont wanna rain on your success joanne, but i dont think you will accomplish any long term weight loss with your current plan. i seriously doubt you've really lost fat in such a short time period, more likely water. i would say stick to a steady diet once you decide on something, skipping meals here and there just confuses your body in a bad way, IMO. it will soon start holding on to everything you put into it unless you get into a more stable, nutritional diet. those shakes are IMO, poor substututes for food - usually loaded with artificial ingredients and vitamins. maybe try some of the suggestions others mentioned, you obviously have willpower. good luck to you.
