Hi guys, I did 20 mins of hardout taebo today (it's supposed to be my rest day but oh well i really want to lose the fat FAST). I did these:

Dumbell chest press (flat bench) 3 sets 12 reps
dumbell bent over rows 3 sets 10 reps
overhead shoulder press 3 sets 10 reps
lateral raise 3 sets 10 reps

lower body
squats 3 sets 8 reps
lunges 1 set 8 reps each leg
crunches 3 sets 15 reps
leg raises 3 sets 15 reps

i ate..

1 banana
20 grapes (pcs)
1 tsp rice
3 really small pcs of pork

il eat some more later :)

dont wanna rain on your success joanne, but i dont think you will accomplish any long term weight loss with your current plan. i seriously doubt you've really lost fat in such a short time period, more likely water. i would say stick to a steady diet once you decide on something, skipping meals here and there just confuses your body in a bad way, IMO. it will soon start holding on to everything you put into it unless you get into a more stable, nutritional diet. those shakes are IMO, poor substututes for food - usually loaded with artificial ingredients and vitamins. maybe try some of the suggestions others mentioned, you obviously have willpower. good luck to you.
 
hi shimmering i appreciate your concern. im eating really well now, i just want to finish the shakes and im going to go for the healthy alternatives. im eating really well.. never below 1200 calories. :)

Your doing great Joanne, btw how sore are ya today ;) If it makes you feel any better, Im sore as hell too (those deadlifts are killer :D)
 
my tummy's dead sore. but its getting okay now. like 2 days ago i cudnt even laugh coz its too sore for my tummy muscles. :D

I loveeee it :p hehehe!
 
People!! I lost track of my diet!! Wah!!!! I've been eating really naughty for 4 consecutive days now!! HELP!!! How do i get motivated again!! I dont wana go to the gym and I hate walking!!!!! OMG I'm gona be fat again!! HELP!!!!!!! Please!!!

Look at the pics you posted earlier. You've made some good gains, you've busted you a** to get where you want. Get stubborn with yourself and refuse to give those pounds back!
 
You're right :) I'm a good girl again. I walked for 45 minutes and now I'm gona walk from work - home for 45 minutes again. I ate nothing but popcorn today (now thats bad)... and I decided not to eat anything coz that's more than my suggested cal intake (1200)

Tomorrow I'll go back to 2 herbalife shakes and one proper lunch and lose more weight! And I'll go to the gym too :D

Thanks alot! Am I allowed to do 45 mins of cardio though coz i really like cardio much better than strength training.. and it makes me feel good when i do alot of cardio!
 
Okay, eating 1200 cals in one shot and then not eating at all for the rest of the day is not the same as eating 1200 cals spread through the day. The other thing is, it's not calories in, calories out but the quality of calories you eat.

The old adage is if you consume less calories than you burn, you'll lose weight. This is not true. The quality of your calories is just as important if not more important than the number of calories you consume.

Maybe I didn't read, but can you get yourself "clipped" to see your exact bodyfat percentage at the university's lab or workout center?
 
Make sure you're getting enough calories, as said before. Instead of the 3 meals, try the 6 smaller meals.....its's supposed to be better for weight/fat loss. Also, what's your height? If you can, try to get a bodyfat reading and then again when you're at your target goal, it's amazing to see how much fat can be lost.
 
okay il try to get my bf% some time when im not busy :) Yeah I guess I ate bad food. My family's evil. They're eating KFC and PIZZA right now and I locked myself in my room to stop myself from eating :(
 
Well, you could remove teh skin from the chicken to reduce the amount of saturated fat and then made youself some veggies and that way you won't have to miss out when the family decides to be so evil. I've found our family can be the biggest contributer to our failures.
 
OKAY I LOST CONTROL OF MY DIET FOR 15 DAYS. but im back and IM GONA LOSE MORE FAT!!! GRRR. JUST ONE MORE MONTH AND IM GONA BE SEXY SO I SHOULDNT LOSE IT NOW!!!
