Online body fat calculator!

I had mine measured at the gym and was suprised when they said 18.5% I don't see me as being lean but apparently that is what it said.
 
Ive been slacking a little, ive gained 5 pound in the last few days, but im back at it hopefully, this is my last calculation including the 5 pounds i just gained!!

Well im 270 now, hitting the gym at least 4 times a week a lot of cardio work and weights.. heres the new results....:

You have 72.4 Pounds of fat and 197.6 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

Before i was at 307 lbs and:
You have 36.4% body fat.

You have 115.6 Pounds of fat and 205.4 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
and before that when i started i was at 350 lbs and 44% body fat...

i got to say im VERY happy with everything, its been hard but it is def worth it... Good Luck to everybody....

Not bad. "Normal" is 22% for a caucasian female, so I'm not too far off.

Hmm, this is actually pretty close to what my scale says. It usually varies between 20-21.
 
not sure how accurate this is as i am one flabby lady but its not as bad as i thought and encouraging

I should make an appointment with my doctor and see if they can measure me for real, it bothers me a little that this doesn't ask for your height on that site (but at 5'6" I'm pretty average for a girl I guess). I've got at least another 20lbs I'd like to lose, so hopefully that will be out of that 35lbs of fat, ick.
I really wonder how acurate this is, I'd like to think I have more than 120lbs of muscle/bone/water. I've always been very sporty & strong, I really suprise myself sometimes. Also I've been a avid skier since I was 3 and raced in slalom & GS so I have really strong/large thigh/calf muscles for a girl.
I'll re-post if I visit the doctor and see how accurate the web test is.

Well i know it might not be accurate, but ive been using this same method since i started my plan so i can use it to measure the progress... i was 44% using this same method when i started, now i am 20% so its a 24% change, accurate or not.... im happy eitherways...
