Awesome, I've been looking for a way to test this lately.
You have 22.6% body fat.
You have 35 Pounds of fat and 120 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
I should make an appointment with my doctor and see if they can measure me for real, it bothers me a little that this doesn't ask for your height on that site (but at 5'6" I'm pretty average for a girl I guess). I've got at least another 20lbs I'd like to lose, so hopefully that will be out of that 35lbs of fat, ick.
I really wonder how acurate this is, I'd like to think I have more than 120lbs of muscle/bone/water. I've always been very sporty & strong, I really suprise myself sometimes. Also I've been a avid skier since I was 3 and raced in slalom & GS so I have really strong/large thigh/calf muscles for a girl.
I'll re-post if I visit the doctor and see how accurate the web test is.
