This is so encouraging...
I found this on google - it's a way you can measure your body fat using simple measurements from 4 or 5 different parts of your body.
It tells me that I am 28.2% body fat (within an error margin of 26.2%-30.2%) - I have 63.3 pounds of fat and 162.7 pounds of otherstuff. Ideally, women want to be between 18 and 25%, and the American average for women is 32%.
Food for thought. I'd encourage people to give it a try - you don't have to share your results with me.
It's assuring because it means I really don't have to reach my goal of 170 unless my muscles start to slim out and lose weight - but does that happen?
