One month later...

ASo I couldn't figure out how to attach my before and after photos but they are on my profile lol.
I finally got fed up with being heavy and I pretty much wasted my entire twenties being over weight. It is a hard reality but I am going to fix it before my thirtieth birthday which is in November. I started at 226 and weighed in at 212 after a month. I have cut out all processed and refined foods. I try to only eat lean meat, veggies, fruit and whole grains. I have a calorie tracking app on my phone and I have restricted my intake to 1475 a day. I think I have only gone over twice this month but on average I consume 100 to 200 less than I am allocated.
I also exercise about an hour a day and have a pretty active job (I never sit at work).
I can't wait to post more pics next month I am hovering in the 14/16 size but I would like to get into a twelve by next month :)
 
Congratulations dear. I also had the same experience as you. I'm fat back in my teenage years like I was 220 pounds. In my early twenties I decided to work out and now I'm thirty and weighing just 157 pounds. Thank God for this. :)

I wouldn't concern yourself too much if you're going over a few calories once in a while :)
 
ANo gym, I don't have one close to me. :)
I wake up at four thirty every morning and do my cardio on my treadmill and then do free weights and resistance exercises. I also dance.
I workout at least five days a week for an hour plus a day.
 
ASooooooo close to being under two hundred! I weighed in at 203 this morning, I am going to bust some ass and hopefully see 199 by this weekend!
 
AOkay, I know I have slacked in the posting, that was only because I got married on the second :)
I am currently at 193 and am training for a 5-k. I have taken less emphasis on the weight loss and more on the running, which in turn has made me lose even faster! I ran 2.25 miles in 30 minutes and my goal is the 3.1 by end of July. I will post updated pics soon :)
 
ASo I am down to a 11/12, however my weight hasn't changed too much this month. Which is frustrating...I know I am smaller because my clothes are getting too big but the number isn't changing very much. I changed my routine again so we will see what can be accomplished by doing that. Anyway, of posted new pics in my profile today.

I have officially signed up for a 5k and will be doing it next weekend. I am also losing again, I went back to counting calories and it seemed to help, I was 186 yesterday and I have lost fourty pounds now.
