Hello,
I'm new to this forum. Pics and Notes are so motivating on this site! I look forward to having an equally successful story and hopefully motivate a few people myself.
I have gotten to a place in my weight that is completely unfamiliar to me, and to be honest...its a scary place
About a week ago, I began a food journal. I am trying to stay within 1600-1700 calories a day. Somedays are right on the mark, and somedays are not so easy. After all the diets I have tried and failed at, I've decided to use the "one day at a time" approach. After an unsuccessful day, I brush off any guilt and move on to a new day.
I am 5'9 and sadly have let myself get to a weight of 220 lbs. This is by far the highest I have ever weighed. Before my son was born I weighed 140 lbs and was very happy with how I looked and felt.
I would like to get back down to 150 lbs. I think this is a healthy weight for my height and build.
I am always open to advise and any motivational words people would like to share.
PS. How and where do I get the "ticker" (I think thats what they're called) to post on my page?
Thanks for reading my story and I look forward to tracking my progress.
