I enjoy working out just I don't seem to get anything back from it.
Someone suggested I do this 3 days a week
Chest
Bench Press: 3 sets, 6 repetitions
Pectoral Deck: 3 sets, 8 repetitions
Bicep
Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets, 8 repetitions
Back
Lateral Pull Down: 3 sets, 6 repetitions
Dumbbell Good Mornings: 3 sets, 10 repetitions
Shoulders
Arnold Press: 3 sets, 8 repetitions
Legs
Leg Extensions: 3 sets, 8 repetitions
Squats: 3 sets, 10 repetitions
Triceps
Triceps Pull Down: 3 sets, 8 repetitions
Abs
Waist Twists: 3 sets, 90 repetitions
Sit up Twist: 3 sets, 20 repetitions
Stomach Vacuums: 3 sets, 10 repetitions (Hold for 5 seconds)
I'm totally not sure about it though.
