Hello everyone!
I am a recently new member seeking some advice and some encouragement.
Basically, I looked at myself in the mirror and got tired of what I saw. Therefore this has been my first week of a healthy new lifestyle.
I want to post my weekly schedule maybe get some pointers / advice!
So, my week starts on Monday with a small sandwhich of whole wheat toast with butter cold cuts and cheese. I then go to school and do not eat anything for approx 6 hours, not voluntary. When I get home I do intense work out for an hour to an hour and a halfish of weights for chest abs and back. Then, I eat a dinner that consists of meat and salad and a little bit of potatoes.
I was wondering if at around 7-8 I clock it's alright to have a snack of yogurt, cheese and cold cuts plain?
Tuesdays I do cardiovascular only for 30-1hr , however I hear that simply jogging is innefective and slow, any tips on better cardio for faster weight burning?
Wednesday same thing as Monday but this time I work on abs shoulders and legs.
Thursday once again cardio.
Friday I work on biceps, triceps, and abs.
Sat and sun is cardio again.
My basic question is: am I doing alright for a newb? Is the more effective ways to do things? Or am I doing anything wrong?
