Well here we go, trying to lose weight again. I'm mum to two beautiful tyrants aged 3 1/2 and 11 months. I weigh 108kg and have a long term goal weight of 72kg. I am going to the gym regularly, which is hard because I live in the country and have to wake up at 4.40am in order to be back by 7am when hubby goes to work. I really enjoy the gym though and the past has told me that at-home workouts are not something I'm going to stick to.
Food is a major issue for me, I have a BIG appetite and rarely feel satisfied. I'm trying hard to change the type of food I'm eating but am also trying to be forgiving. I tend to get depressed when I screw up (which is almost daily) and when I'm down I lose motivation. I am roughly following the old WW points system.
Here's how today is going:
1 weetbix 1pt
Gym 1 hour workout - 5 1/2 bonus pts!
2 weetbix 1 1/2pt
Weiner Schnitzel sandwich (7 1/2 points!!!! Whoops! no more schnitzel for me)
Its nearly lunch time and I plan to have 1 nori roll and then just fruit until dinnertime
