We can be envious of each other, because I would love to be at your weight!

Only change scales if you are convinced that the other one is better and you can handle the numerical change (which means nothing as your body has not changed at all as part of the scale migration process). Stick to the old scale if you feel better about yourself.

Did you keep all your old clothes or get rid of them as soon as you shrank out of them? Part of me would love to get rid of them (bid farewell to the fat me, gain much needed space in the house etc) and the other part of me doesnt dare.

I am not sure that I "still have it" but I do intend to "try to get it back" if at all possible.
I thought that you would be impressed at how our NHS is the envy of the world. It is two weeks since the doctor filled in the form. I phoned up the hospital yesterday - they agreed that it has been sitting in their system since then and it is waiting for an appointment to be issued. I asked when that was likely to be and she said "maybe a week or two, maybe a couple of months". Thank goodness my BMI is less than 30 now. The NHS admits that it basically lowers your priority and sometimes refuses to act if anything needs to be done if you are obese or smoke.
You look very good, and I'm not just saying that to be nice. H better watch out when you go to Greece. He might have to take a stick to a few Greek men and beat them off you. Well done on going into the 160's!!
And your BMI, I know the feeling of wanting one below 30. I work within the NHS and one of my major dislikes about it is when people get refused treatment for having a 'high' BMI.
Thanks Dawn. You now realise that you have to start out pretty big to lose 137 pounds and still have a long way to go!
Thanks Dawn.
Your hubby is doing really well. I wish that my hubby would stick with things to get that kind of weight loss success. We love these men and would love them to become fitter and healthier just like us.
My hubby more marks time. A year down the track he is basically the same weight as he was a year ago. I suppose that the big thing is that he doesnt weigh more.
