Older, Wiser, but still fat...

Haven't updated in a minute.

Work outs.

I'm using the Stronglift 5x5 program as an outline for my ST workouts.

Feel free to look it up, it's easy enough to google, and a pretty good program. Now, in my case I've made a few mods on some exercises, but mostly I've kept the spirit of the program intact.

Workout A

Squats 5x5 @ 125lbs
Bench press 5x5 @ 145 lbs
Rows 3xFail 6/5/5 @ 200 lbs
pushups 3xFail - 5/4/3
reverse crunches 3x15
This was my Workout on the weekend

Workout B was monday

squats 5x5@125lbs
overhead press 5x5 @ 75 lbs
Romanian Dead lifts 1x5 @225 lbs
Cable lat pull downs 3xF 8/6/6 @ 200lbs
Planks 3x30seconds

Saturday I cycled 10.3 miles avg HR 157 bpm, avg wattage (erg) 207, 37 minutes.

Tuesday cycled 10.1 miles, avg HR 147 bpm, avg wattage 214, 35 minutes.

I'm going to leave a parting message in this diary, and then start up a new one in the diary section. If there is still anyone out here who has a subscription to this diary, Hi! I hope to see you in the new diary!

Since so many things about my life have changed in the time since I came in here, this diary no longer holds my philosophy for th efuture, so a new diary might be in order.
