I can't believe that I am doing this!
Here I am soon to be 44. I have been trying to keep fit for the last 20 years or so.
I have been into everything from martial arts, to jogging, to mountain biking. I got a little off track for a while, but I recently got back into mountain biking and I also started weight training.
I am so glad that I found this website! As you can see I haven't been focusing on abs. I mainly did upper body with minimal lower body. I am now (as of last week) starting a full body workout.
Man, squats and deadlifts are kicking my butt!
Well, my hair is getting gray and my wrinkles are getting deeper, but my body is feeling stronger then ever! Exercise is the key to staying young and this year I plan on kicking it up a few notches.
Hopefully I can update with better pics of my soon to be better body!
BTW: I am 5'7", 148lbs and 9.6% BF.
