Ok so I let things slide over Nov, Dec Jan!!!

Having previously had good results from a FBW on Mon, Wed and Fri and cardio Tue and Thurs I cut back on training from mid Nov onwards mainly because I/we had a new baby. Anyway I got back at it 3 weeks ago and had my BF% checked. I was around 20% but had got down to under 14% now I'm back up to 21%. I put on 1kg in all the time I slacked off!!

A lot of the fat I've put on is around my chest. I've slighlty changed what I'm doing so it's FBW & 30 mins cardio on M, W and F plus 60 mins cardio T, T and Sat.

My question is this, as I've put on the most of the fat on my chest is it ok to do a FBW-chest & 30 mins cardio one day then intensive chest & 60 mins cardio the next?

I'm reading this back and it sounds dumb but let me know what you think.

Thanks,

Nicky

No this isn't a good idea as your body needs rest as much as exercise. Also I see what your going for but remember you can't spot reduce fat so you'll need to do lose the fat by having a calorie deficit not by overworking one part of your body. This doesn't necessitate doing loads of cardio but just that youre consuming perhaps 300-500 more calories than you are eating. You also might want to try HIIT cardio as that makes your body burn more calories for upto 24hrs after.
But remember, most important part of losing weight is the diet so get that right first.
