You hear so many horrible things about these weight loss systems, I too am to fearful to try them. I want to make a lifestyle change like you and I just don't think that any fast miracle system is going to accomplish life long goals. And really that's not what you to be teaching your daughter. I'm so happy that she is excited about this as well, I really believe that healthy habits are one of the best gifts you can give to her. I have a lot more weight to lose than you, but your enthusiasm has really inspired me to take care of myself. Please give yourself the credit the deserve for the changes you have made so far!!! That is a huge acomplishment in itself, and you should celebrate that. Go do something fun, a fun activity like swimming at the beach, or playing in the park with daughter, she's earned it too! I try not to reward myself with food, it kinda defeats the purpose. But a little treat doesn't hurt, every now and then. Congrats on how far you have come, and I know that you will reach that goal by your birthday!!!!!![]()

I don't know about you but I'm perfectly full eating around 13-1500 cals, but obviously when I do that for a week straight my body didn't like it. I would just recommend that you stay just below your sedentary BMR or right at it for cals. And it might take some time for it to kick in. It took me a week before the lbs started dropping again.

Hope things get better soon. (and don't binge on the chocolate, it'll only make you feel worse)

The results of your calculations are: BMR 1,432 RMR 1,394
For an explanation of BMR and RMR and important notes on the accuracy of these calculations, see Calculating BMR and RMR. We also explain why RMR is likely to be more appropriate for your needs.
As BMR and RMR only represent resting energy expenditure or calories burned during a day of rest, an adjustment must be made to reflect activity level.
This can be done by multiplying by an activity factor:
Factor Category BMR RMR
1.2 Bed Rest 1,718 1,673
1.3 Sedentary 1,862 1,812
1.4 Active 2,005 1,952
1.5 Very Active 2,148 2,091

I seem to get it my head that it needs to be an all out workout or nothing at all. I'm happy to see you keeping on track after such a horrible experience, i'm ashamed to say that I might have opted for chocolate instead. Keep it up!!!!
