I have been reading new posts everyday for about 6 months. I am currently weighing in at 193 pounds and at 5'3", this is not good. I have been overweight my entire life, 25 years to be exact. In May 2006 I decided enough was enough. I was just at 200 pounds and started counting calories 1500 a day and walking a lot, and by May of 2007....I was siting very pretty at 145 pounds. Then I bought a house and as of right now May of 2009 I am 7 pounds away from my 200 mark 3 years ago
Why did I gain all of the weight back, lack of exercise and negative change in diet. So here I go, feeling confident and excited to reach a goal of a nice 140 pounds. There is not a doubt in my mind that I cannot do this. With my attitude and the strength from all of you, I will do this!
