So I had to make this challenge thread because I just love saying Off-tober as often as possible lol.
Most of you know what to do! Set your goals, and check in with your results, get a little competitive spirit going!
You can start at anytime and check as often as you like. I like to check in once a week, keeps me motivated, especially as I get closer to weigh days lol.
Plus we all wanna look good in those Halloween costumes right?! I'm gonna wait till the end of September to set my goals.
