Weight-Loss Off-tober Challenge!!!

So I had to make this challenge thread because I just love saying Off-tober as often as possible lol.

Most of you know what to do! Set your goals, and check in with your results, get a little competitive spirit going!

You can start at anytime and check as often as you like. I like to check in once a week, keeps me motivated, especially as I get closer to weigh days lol.

Plus we all wanna look good in those Halloween costumes right?! I'm gonna wait till the end of September to set my goals.

Off-tober, love it. September was a bad weight loss month for me so I'm going to start now, a fresh start.

In September I found my weight creeping up, and up. The summer of 2014 I was in perfect condition|weight and would like to be there again. I joined this site when I was very heavy (for me), and was discouraged.
Shortly thereafter I started walking and eating more fiber. This is working for me, but I still have more weight to come off, so here I am.... ;-)

At the end of September i was 4 lbs less that i took them imediately at the first week of October. Now i start again to lose these 4 lbs.

Way too indulgent over Thanksgiving weekend in more ways than one. Now I'm back where I started at the beginning of October arrrrgh. Get back on track and keep going! Put it in twice as much effort for the last half
