anybody ever heard of this?

it's a german thing, it seems. My dad used to swear by it when he was my age, and when he saw one online he bought like two of them.

It's basically like a giant.. safety pin, only it wants to spring apart, and you just kinda push it together. Do you guys think it's any good?

It looks like a giant one of those things you use to strengthen your forearms. It probably does the same thing as pilates bands but not as versatile.

It is an exerciser for working the chest and the triceps and was invented by Franco Columbu. This picture shows him putting the bends into one of the early prototypes.

LOL!

well, I wouldn't be wasting any money on it as they're already lying around at home. I used it a few times but I was scared of letting one of the handles slip- you could take someone's teeth out with that thing.

Haha, I was thinking about that.

Just get yourself some free weights.

oh, I do want some of those! Just don't know where to get them, really. My boyfriend has some, but those are really heavy. And btw, watching your boyfriend work out in the morning- priceless. I wanna do that..

Yea, I always watch my boyfriend workout in the morning.

:D
mine doesn't want to be watched. I guess I can understand, I wouldn't necessarily want to be watched either. But he's just too hot not to peek at now and then ^.^

I think your thing may have fallen off this thing.

It looks like a domination device.

On a side notes.... it's proven to shed unwanted fat and build beautiful muscle with 3 minutes of use each day in 99.9975% of all individuals who use it.
