Hello,
If you don't know the equation of obesity let me explain it to you.
When you eat food your blood ph become acidic and if you don't eliminate this acid by intaking alkaline food or alkaline water, your body starts to stock this acid into your fat cells. Then when you go to the gym and try to lose this extra wight your body says NO NO! I need that fat in order to stock acid in it. I need it to survive!!! So that why it is important to eat alkaline food and more important is to drink alkaline water!
