I completely missed my goal in January. It was rather ambitious. 7 lbs!January was a hard month! I am trying to have a change of attitude in February.
Right now, I am so intent on losing weight that I get down when the weight just falls off ounce by little ounce. Instead of seeing the changes I've made, I'm seeing the pounds that aren't going anywhere.
I've stuck with this for a little over two months and 11 lbs is nothing to be blue about!
Some goals for February -
- Bring up my % of days on the treadmill
- To keep up with sparkpeople
- To weigh myself only once a week
- To be more active in other peoples journals
Reasons to Lose Weight
- Be healthy
- To have energy
- Be a good example for my daughter
- To have a healthy pregnancy (in the future)
- To be able to shop anywhere not just plus size
- To fit into all my pre-baby clothes again
- To feel sexy
- To be confident
- Family pictures are coming
- To be a good example for other unhealthy family members
My husband has lost 9 pounds since January 8, 2006!
