Is going to a nutritionist worth it?
Now, I've read stickies and I know the whole counting calories, watching what you eat, etcetc. However, I feel like I'm not understanding, on a whole, what I do need. If that makes sense. I seem to always change my diet (way I eat) from one month to the next and I suppose I'm seeking something a little more sure, a little more informative towards me.
So would speaking with a nutritionist just be a waste of time or do they help structure things a little better, when I feel like I don't quite understand?
