I'm still hanging in there! I've had a really good week. I find the weekends the hardest. I'm so tempted to cheat!
 
it's ok to cheat ... once a week. I tend to do my cheating on Saturday ... it's usually my laziest day.
 
isn't it hard to get back on track on Sunday? The whole weekend is hard for me. The worst is that I don't drink enough water, which tends to make me want more 'bad' foods. But it is so true that if you don't allow yourself to cheat, you want it even more. When I decide not to eat any chocolate at all - all I think about is chocolate:eek:, so I tend to not make these kind of restrictions for myself.
