NTM: Weight loss diary

DAY 1

Breakfast: Bagel w/ light cream cheese
Lunch: Mixed Veggies with light sauce
Dinner: Roast beef on whole wheat bread

Exercise:
60+ minutes on exercise bike
50 jumping jacks


The first day is the hardest day, but I got over it! Gotta watch my portion sizes, but other then that it's a good start.
 
DAY 2

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Mixed Veggies w/ light sauce
Dinner: Roast Beef w/ lettuce & cajun cheese

Exercise:
20+ on exercise bike
50 jumping jacks
[] pushups
30 barbell curls (18 pounds)
[] crunches
