NROL Superset with Full Rest Question

I just got done reading most of the NROL book and I really like the ideas shown and am ready to start the Break In Program and have a question on what the "Superset with Full Rest" means. I always had thought of a superset that you do Exercise 1 and then immediately Exercise 2 then rest but have seen other discussions on what Superset with Full Rest means.

So, Workout A states:

Exercise Rest

Squat 2 x 15 60

Superset with Full rest
Lunge 2 x 15 60
Dumbbell Row 2 x 15 60

Superset with Full rest
Push Up 2 x 15 60
Crunch 2 x 25 60

So, does this mean no Supersets on the Squats??

Then, do the Lunge + Dumbbell Row + rest 60 and repeat or Lunge + rest 60 + Dumbbell Row + rest 60 and repeat??

Thanks!!

you do the squats as a straight set. you complete all sets, then move on to the supersets with full rest.

in the supersets with full rest, you rest the prescribed amount of time in between each set. but you alternate the 2 exercises in the superset until all sets are complete.

so you would do all your sets for squats first.
then you move onto the first superset. lunges and db rows.
you perform 1 set of lunges.
rest
perform 1 set of db rows
rest
1 set of lunges
rest
1 set of db rows
you are done because the set/rep scheme is 2x15. you have completed the sets.
then move onto the next superset.

GOOD LUCK! GIVE IT YOUR ALL BRO!!!
