NROL break in

I'd start with just two weeks of the break in program. Do the workouts each twice a week. You may have lifted before, but the break-in program is designed to give you a balanced start for the programs that alwyn provides.

Besides, it can't hurt you even if you don't need it.
 
thats the attitude you're going to need whether you use NROL or not.

However, ive found ive received far better results with it than without it, no question.
