now what?

hey ive been hittin the gym for about 4 weeks now..i do mostly a full body workout with my upper body and the other day i do legs, i run and do abbs averyday, i go about 5/6 times a week..now iv seen some results, and lost about 5 lbs..im wondering if i should start a new program that just focuses on certain muscles every day, like monday biceps, and tuesday chest...any pointers?
 
you have been going at it for only 4 weeks, you are still new to the game. I wouldnt do a body part split if i were you. Id do a propper full body, which is working both legs and upper body on the same day, 3 times a week. Search for "full body workout" on the forum and you should find lots of info, probobly including reasons why its the way to go.
