Ok as some of you know Ive been a member of this site since 07 and my weight loss has been a roller coaster Ive lost, gained, lost, gained (275-250-280) and now I am back at square 1...my heaviest weight of 280lbs...
Recently my weight is starting to affect my health and my day to day life, also my social, athletic, and emotional well being, so I have decided it is now time to buckle down for real this time no more messing around and having excuse after excuse why I cant go out and get some exercise, and no more pop and fast/junk food at all!!!
So here we go, here are my current pics as of today...please be gentle with your words...lol
Well my routine is as followed:
9am: Breakfast- Bowl of cottage cheese or bowl of cereal followed buy Stacker 3 pill or Mega T Green Tea pill
-water/Gatorade threw out this time-
2pm: Lunch- Salad or Broccoli/Cauliflower or cottage cheese followed by pill
-water/Gatorade threw out this time-
7pm: Dinner- Salad or Brocolli/Cauliflower or cottage cheese or chicken (grilled skinless) followed by pill
-water/Gatorade threw out this time-
Snack: Otter Pop (1 a day)
The exercise is spearatic (changes) 15-20 min fast walk...sometimes in the morning or afternoon or evening...
Tennis occasionally for 3 hours once a week when I have the time...
NOW AT 280LBS:
