Noticing improvements

I've been doing an upper body weights workout for about a week and a half with some new dumbells i've got and already i'm noticing a difference. I'm catching my left arm up (played tennis for years so my right has grown bigger) but i would like to know of any suitable dumbell excersises for shoulders, chest, bi's, tri's, upper/lower back. (if poss. could you write a brief explanation of the excersise - I dont know any names yet!)

shoulder press- sit with your waist and legs @ 90 degree angle and push the dumbells straight above your head, but keeping your wrists facing foward the entire time
bench press- u prob know that
curls- prob know that too

i know a tricep exercise but its hard to describe..
sit (like shoulder press) then place ur bicep behind ur head, and push the dumbell up keeping ur bicep stationary behind ur head... (hopefully u understand what im tryn to say lol) good luck!
