Hey guy!
So I was on this forum back in 2008, I did great! I lost all my weight going from 250- 135, But sadly things took a turn for the worst.
I had to go on some really hardcore meds to keep me sane for awhile there
, and slowly my weight went up
I was so drugged up that I didn't even really care, and my doctors seemed to just ignore it. It wasn't untill last month ( when i went off my medication) when I really noticed how much I gained, and how horrible I feel.
I Don't think i'm ugly, I think I'm beautiful, But I want to FEEL beautiful, I want to be able to run without feeling like i'm dying, I want to be able to walk places with my fiance, I want to fit into all the cute clothes at the stores that aren't sold in my size. And, I want to wear a swimming suit.
I tried to come back here before, but I was moving and having problems with internet, I was under TONS of stress that made me just want to sleep and shove my face with food.
But this isn't going to work anymore, I need to lose weight, I need to feel, and be HEALTHY!
So... here it goes
Starting weight 244- goal - 135
I am not giving myself a time limit on this,
I gave up all soda a week ago,
And during all this ( This is going to be DIFFICULT) I want to quit smoking for good.
