I am a little upset that I have not lost a single pound and I have been eatting 1400 calories a day - veggies, proteins, whole grains, fruit and low fat dairy - and I have been exercising every single day for at least 30 minutes - either aerobics or strength training or interval training for 2 1/2 weeks now. I am 53 years old and I am thinking that it is my age that is causing this. I have high cholesterol and am trying to eat low cholesterol foods too. I will keep on trying but I am a little frustrated because I figured I would at least have lost 2 lbs or so......not sure what it is......I have to lose at least 10 lbs.
