My arms have always been slightly different in size, but I've noticed it now more than ever. My left biceps and triceps and larger and more defined than the right.
What could be the cause of it and how can I fix it? Do I do more reps on the right?
I use dumbells on all my bicep exercises and most of the tricep exercises so I would figure that it would make for even distribution of weight, as opposed to using a machine. But perhaps I am wrong.
Any suggestions would be appreciated..
