Well, I've been working out off and on since I was 18, but I have always struggled with my weight. I've done pretty good so far but I'm sort of stuck at the weight I am now.. I keep fluctuating between 190 and 195, and I never seem to be able to get the motivation to get smaller. I would LOVE to weigh my goal weight of 160lbs, but have yet to get there..
Hopefully coming here and asking for help will be what I need to help me kick myself in the butt and get on down the road. Here's my before, middle, and pre-after picture:
