I have recently started a new full body routine, doing 6 excercises per session on various parts of my body.
How ever after I'm finished I don't really feel as though I have worked out.
My routine is:
100% - flat bench press, military press, upright row, barbell squats, preacher curls, side raises (6 reps, 3 sets)
90% - Incline bench press, Horizontal row, standing military press, Dead lift, front shoulder raise, lyind tricep curls (8 reps, 3 sets)
70% - Decline bench press, pull down machine, shoulder press, barbell squats, forward leg curls, hammer curls, (12 reps , 2 sets)
i have a days rest in between each session, with a 30 mins HIIT after each session & a hard cardio hour once a week.
I really feel that i should be feeling that i've worked by the time I've done these excercises, but i'm not. My arms don't feel heavy or anything.
Is this normal?
