not exactly body building, but i want to gain mass/get bigger

sorry if this is in the wrong section then, but basically i want to get bigger..

im pretty skinny, weigh almost 10 stone (63.5kg) and am about 5ft 9

i just cant seem to get bigger, and of all the different opinions and stuff i dont know what to believe about gaining mass

so far the idea ive got is:

eat more
lift the heaviest weights i can with low reps

is that the best way?


and also, as i want to gain more mass, what would be better for example.. biceps? drop sets/heavy weight low reps/21s?
