Ok so I had a hernia about 2 years ago in my lower abs. I was only 16 at the time so it was a very simple repair. At young ages they don't put in any type of mesh or gut holder like they would if I was a bit older. So because of the method used, it it actually still a fairly tender area and is often sore. I can still do ab workouts though. I can do all sorts of crunches and things like that. I've been using a big excersize ball too for more core strength...
But what other ab workouts are there that arent incredibly stressfull that could give me a somewhat defined stomach. when I flex it looks like I have a 5 pack though lol
