I am desperate to lose 10kg. I am 42yrs old and 70.4kg now. 2 weeks ago I started a low calorie (800cal per day), no carb (which I love!), no sugar, no alcohol, no fun diet. I have been following it to the letter, and have not lost one gram
Scales haven't moved, clothes still as tight as ever. So obviously it's getting incredibly hard to stay motivated. Question, do I stick at it in the hope the weightless will kick in soon? Or assume that I am one of these enigmas that has some evil force at work that won't let me lose weight? So depressing
