I have been training for a while but see no results. I do 30 push ups a day, 50 sit ups and 100 lifts. I can't seem to get a six pac, loads of my friends have them and they barley train, why can't I seem to get ANY results? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.
 
So basically you're saying that I don't need to do sit ups to get a six pac, but just go on a diet? or both?
 
No need for situps, in fact situps work the hip flexors far more than the abdominus rectus.

Everybody has a six-pack under their belly fat.
