Yoga

Yoga is a series of strengthening stretches that relax your body and mind and also strengthens your body. If you have never tried it, you really should. There is no way to say how great it is, you just have to try it. If you don't want to go to a class there are lots of different tapes you can buy or download from the internet.

It's relatively young in America, so it's likewise just gaining acceptance by the fitness community, but it's a GREAT adjunct to any workout routine.
 
really? do you think you could give me a few things i could, maybe links with pictures of how to do each thing. if possible. id like to feel it, sounds interesting
 
I prefer Tai Chi over yoga... But, to each his own.
