They're my favourite sweets (as long as they're red, pink or black, the others are gross and that goes for all sweets - yes, I'm fussy!) but they are banned and off limits, along with all other junk.
I have had nothing unhealthy to eat since Jan 1st and I've been to the gym not far off every day. Yet I've only lost 5-6 pounds and I've been stuck at the same weight for a week. It's driving me insane and I've decided that I am only weighing myself on Saturdays from now on. The daily weigh in is fast turning me suicidal.
So, today:
Weight: 118.4 pounds BMI: 22.7
Food: Breakfast (7.30am) - M&S Count on Us Vanilla Yogurt - 75cals
Blueberries - 15 cals
Dinner (5pm) - Lean Ham - 110cals
Salt and Vinegar Snack a Jacks - 89cals
King Velvet Crunch Cassava Snacks - 83cals
Raspberries - 37cals
Drinks - 3 X Options White Hot Chocolate sachets - 126cals
Total: 535 calories, 9.9g fat.
Exercise: Body Combat class - 369 calories
Cardio - 175 calories
Total - 544 calories
It's 4.30am, I'd wide awake, got to be up in 3 hours for school and feeling thoroughly depressed. Hoping to have a better day tomorrow without the worry of the scales.
